Her treatment approach was excellent - she listened patiently, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. Her behavior was very kind and professional. I also want to appreciate the nurse who took my blood sample. The process was so smooth and painless that I didn’t even realize when it was done. Her work was truly commendable.
