I had a very bad experience at Health Care Pharmacy. The older man named Nasir was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I entered the shop, two young boys were standing there. I asked them for a face scrub, but they said they were not pharmacists and didn’t even understand what a scrub is. While I was on the phone, they showed me different products that were not what I wanted. When I said maybe they don’t understand what I need, Nasir interfered and spoke to them in their language and handed me a product, saying it’s not a scrub but a face whitening cream. At the counter, I told him politely that he didn’t help me properly and that they don’t even have face scrub. He replied very rudely, saying, “I sold maybe 1000 scrubs before, now maybe we don’t have.” He didn’t even seem to know what products are available in his own shop. On top of that, he was scrolling on his phone at the counter instead of paying attention to customers. This behavior is unacceptable, especially in a pharmacy. Very disappointing service and very disrespectful attitude.
I had a painful infection on my cheek, medyo namamaga at red. Nasir was very kind and patient, explained everything clearly. The medicine helped a lot and after a few days I felt much better. Thank you for the good care :)
