I was expecting delivery of medication for my child but due to much traffic I would have recieved it very late. Kristine from JVC 9 went out of her way wnd contacted me to check if I could wait ir alternatively get the medication elsewhere. Since my daughter has been having a fever with no medication, I opted to check elsewhere. Such kind of concern goes beyond customer service delivery and am really touched by Kristine's empathy. Thanks alot Kristine
The pharmacist on duty is very knowledgeable with product details as well as recommending the correct product as per my need. They also offer free delivery services. Amazing customer. service.
Beyond my expectations! These guys are prompt, curious, helpful and definitely so convenient! They go above and beyond my needs, I have a newborn and I couldn't drive to them, only dealt with them through whatsapp and I cannot stress enough how helpful they are! Milenda is the person I normally deal with and she's amazing! They also deliver the goods real quick and the delivery guy is so nice! Thank you guys so much for being the best pharmacy in town that I have ever dealt with
