I had a very disappointing experience with Mr. Sujesh at this pharmacy. His attitude toward customers was extremely poor, dismissive, and highly unprofessional. He showed little to no interest in listening to or addressing customer concerns, behaving as though our presence and questions did not matter at all. Instead of offering the basic care, respect, and communication one expects from a healthcare professional, he acted as if customers were a burden almost like we were asking for charity rather than paying customers seeking proper service. What was even more shocking was that when I told him I would leave a review about this experience, he clearly did not care at all. That level of indifference toward customer feedback and satisfaction says a lot about his attitude. This is honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in a pharmacy. A pharmacist should be approachable, respectful, and willing to help, but unfortunately, this was the complete opposite. Very negative attitude, no concern for customers, and a truly bad impression.
