I have been a customer since 2016 and it saddens me to be treated this way and basically being forced to either comply with whatever they want or be robbed. I purchased a facial package last year and when I tried to use it in May 2025 I was told that the grovesnor branch doesnt offer the service anymore and that I can redeem in another branch which is way too far for me and me picking them in the 1st place is because they are so close to where I live. I will not inconvenience myself by driving 40 or 50min to go get a facial. So I asked for my money back and since may 2025 I have been told that management would be informed blablabla. Now I am told after almost a year and no refund that my package expired?! What a joke 🤣 and that they cant offer a refund. I literally asked u a year ago!? Are u fr? Anyway I have all the communications and at this point im not doing this for money as it is only 533 aed but for a matter of principle or lack therof. They keep telling me that they can offer me a service in the other branch but that is not what I paid for and I will not be TRAVELLING to get a facial. The drive is not worth my time and I did not cause this issue. If you cant deliver on what you offered you need to provide a refund.

I have been a client at this clinic for several years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My appointment was cancelled last minute because their technician resigned, and the only alternative they offered was at another branch, which did not suit my location or schedule. They initially promised to refund the remaining sessions from my package, but after two months of me following up, I was informed that under “new management decision,” no refunds would be given. The manager did not even bother to speak to me directly. Very unprofessional. The equipment also feels outdated. Avoid this clinic if you expect reliability and accountability.

Clean and tidy. Great place for laser hair removal. Ladies are professional and attentive. Have the latest technology for laser treatment. As I only go for laser treatment here can only say about this service. Receptionist does great job dealing with appointments, always follows up and sends reminders. Arriving there never had to wait more than 20 min, even though myself have habit of arriving to appointments way earlier. Another thing I like about this place is location and parking situation which comes with free Valet service as part of 5 star hotel. Also they do offers on Groupon, but actually the offers are better at the clinic itself.

Been a loyal client for nearly 11 years for laser treatments, and have referred 5 friends that go regularly. Bought a laser [package and was surprised to learn that they suddenly decided to close laser in their Marina branch and instead that I must go to Silicon Oasis. With no heads up to clients that have packages whatsoever. This is incredibly misleading. Lost a loyal client.

They have amazing doctors. I absolutely love Dr. Afifa! She listens to every little detail of what you expect and turns it in to reality. Dr. Afifa helped me pick the perfect treatment for my body type. As I told her the other day she isn’t only a doctor, but also an artist. I’ve been to her for several procedures now (all different) and I’m left speechless every time at how well they turn out. I will never go anywhere else for all of my nonsurgical enhancement needs. Also, the nurse practitioners are extremely welcoming, from taking the time to explain in detail my procedures, checking up on me continuously through the recovery! I absolutely love this practice and recommend any and everyone to go here! Thank you again for making my visions come to life.
