I just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Health Avenue Clinic in Majan. The Filipino laser therapist (I unfortunately don’t know her name, I believe she is new and currently the only therapist there) was extremely disrespectful and had a very poor attitude. I travel frequently and have visited clinics all around the world, and I have honestly never experienced someone speaking to a client in such an unprofessional and uncomfortable way. Laser treatment, especially in sensitive areas, requires professionalism, empathy, patience, and the ability to make the client feel comfortable and respected. Instead, I was spoken to in a rude and commanding manner, as if I was simply expected to obey instructions without basic human courtesy or care. The technical aspect of the treatment is not enough, client experience and communication matter enormously in this type of service. Unfortunately, this experience was terrible and deeply disappointing. The Manger who called me after she was educated and tried to handle the situation properly but unfortunately I still didn’t get a solution.
The clinic atmosphere is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and supportive, which made the whole experience stress-free. I truly feel confident and happy with my appearance, and I can say I invested my money in the right place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for safe, professional, and natural aesthetic results

You feel in safe hands from the first minute. Maram at reception is warm, accommodating and highly professional. Excellent experience from check in to follow up.
