The booking process was fast and easy, and we were so impressed that they were able to fit us in for appointments on the same day. The facilities were well maintained & pristine, and the customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. I had the 90-minute deep tissue massage and my husband had the 90-minute hot oil massage — both treatments were incredible. The staff are highly skilled, professional, and made us feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout. We left feeling refreshed, relieved, and completely tension-free. Our back aches and stress disappeared after the treatment. Highly recommend Heal Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality spa experience in Dubai! The scenery was so beautiful upon walking in and seeing the amenities provided like warm tea, cucumber water dispenser and nuts. I had a deep tissue massage for 60 minutes with Yada (if spelled correctly) and it was a really relaxing and pleasant experience.
