I do NOT recommend Hatoon Medical Centre in Dubai. I had German E-max veneers placed with 3M cement on August 4, 2024. The materials themselves are supposedly high quality, but the problem is clearly the placement and workmanship. The first veneer broke only one month later, on September 5, 2024. They replaced it on September 9 and it broke again after 2 days!! But then again on November 4, 2024, two lower front veneers failed. Now, on June 1, 2026, another lower side veneer has broken again. These veneers were sold to me as a “lifetime” solution with a guarantee, yet I have experienced multiple failures in less than two years. According to another dentist I consulted after leaving Dubai, the issue appears to be that the veneers were not properly placed, which is why they keep breaking or falling off. What is even more disappointing is the aftercare and customer service. Before treatment, Dr. Ahmed assured me that if anything happened in the future, he knew dentists around the world and would guide me and help find solutions. However, once I left Dubai, neither the clinic nor Dr. Ahmed responded or offered any real solution despite several messages and repeated attempts to contact them over more than 3 weeks. The only 1 response I received was basically telling me to “find another dentist.” I had no choice but to find another dentist myself because I was left without support and without solutions. My warning to others is this: you may end up trapped constantly repairing your teeth, dealing with broken veneers, and risking being left without proper teeth at any moment. The materials may be good, but if they are not installed correctly, it means nothing. And if you leave Dubai, don’t expect the guarantee they promise to actually protect you. In my experience, it became completely WORTHLESS

This was the worst dental clinic experience in my life. I wanted to do veneers with Dr. Ahmed. From the beginning, I clearly explained that I want natural-looking and very thin veneers. Because of this, I was also charged a high price. Unfortunately, the veneers I received were very thick, poor quality, and they did not look natural at all. I did not like them. They were changed 3 times, and every time the result was still bad. The whole process took one month. During this time, I had a temporary template / mock-up on my teeth, which seriously affected my daily life. I had constant pain, including tooth pain and strong headaches. It became so severe that I could not handle it anymore and I had to go to the hospital emergency room at night. At the hospital, the doctor told me that my gums were inflamed because the temporary template was glued onto my gum, which should never be done. A dentist should know this, but as a patient I could not know. I suffered for one full month, I cried every day, and I was in pain constantly. Finally, I decided that I will not continue the veneers with this doctor/clinic. I already paid half of the amount in advance, and in I received confirmation that I will get a refund. Until today, I still did not receive any refund. The clinic either does not reply, replies very late, or gives excuses. I feel like they are lying to me all the time. I later did my veneers at another clinic. They immediately knew that I had been treated before at Dr. Ahmed’s clinic, without me even saying it. They told me that many patients have problems with this clinic and this doctor. This service was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. For me, this doctor and clinic are the worst in Dubai.

Dr. Ahmed is extremely professional & really took the time to explain my case. I had a difficult surgical extraction & he managed to keep me calm & ensure the procedure was pain free. I also regularly go for teeth cleaning & whitening. Thank you Dr. Ahmed!

I’ve had a positive experience at Haton Clinic with Dr Ahmad. I had my wisdom tooth extracted and also had my teeth whitened and will definitely be going back! The team is very nice and professional.
