Really happy the way teachers approached to beginners. Focused on step by step learning of Yoga Postures and Pranayamas. I learnt many basics which I was not aware though I was doing yoga for many years before. Highly recommend if you want to explore impact of Yoga in your wellbeing. Expect patience to get learning and results as it will not overnight magic.

I recently joined the yoga classes at Hatha Vidya Yoga Center and would like to express my sincere appreciation for the very kind snd supportive atmosphere. I was looking for a yoga center where it is not just a fitness but a philosophy, vision, and the people who are sharing this knowledge are the ones who are deeply in the practice and share and teach the tiny nuances. I like the classes are in small groups with the flexible time to start, where you can actually feel it like individual practice. Thanks for sharing the light of yoga! Namaste 🙏

I’ve just recently started at Hatha Vidya Yoga Center, and honestly, I’m already feeling such a big difference. The way they teach is so step-by-step and systematic that everything finally makes sense. You don’t just copy a pose—you actually learn how to do it right. A special mention to Deepa, who has been the biggest help for me. She’s incredibly patient and guides you through every detail without ever making you feel rushed. Her support has made my early sessions so much easier and more enjoyable. Even though I’m just at the beginning of the journey, I can feel how much my practice is improving already. Really happy I joined!

Recommend this studio for the small class size and individual attention. This yoga practice focuses on how to move your body in alignment with breathing while maintaining good form throughout each asana to maximize the benefit of stretching the body and relaxing the muscles
