I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your clinic regarding my facial filler treatment. I had specifically booked and paid for cheek filler to address the hollow areas of my cheeks. This was clearly discussed with Dr. Srilatha before the procedure, and Dr. Saadia was also present during the consultation. I was under the impression that Dr. Srilatha would be performing the procedure. However, while I was waiting, Dr. Srilatha left to attend another patient. After some time, Dr. Saadia entered the room and began marking my face. Once again, I clearly pointed out the hollow cheek area that required treatment. Despite this, Dr. Saadia proceeded to inject filler into my cheekbones instead of the hollow cheeks that I had repeatedly identified before the procedure. I immediately raised my concerns with the staff, as the treatment performed was not what I had requested or paid for. The following day, I travelled approximately two hours to the clinic seeking a solution and rectification of the issue. Unfortunately, instead of receiving support and understanding, I was met with a lack of empathy. The night-shift receptionist was particularly rude and showed no compassion despite the distress I was experiencing. At the time, I was emotionally overwhelmed and struggling to hold back tears. I also had visible bruising from the cannula procedure and was due to travel for a family wedding, making the situation even more upsetting. I requested a call from Noor, the clinic manager, to discuss my concerns. However, no one contacted me. The lack of courtesy, follow-up, and accountability has been extremely disappointing. My experience with Dr. Saadia and the overall handling of this situation has been very poor. As a patient, I expected clear communication, proper attention to my concerns, and professional aftercare. Instead, I was left distressed, dissatisfied with the results, and feeling that my concerns were ignored. I hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously and reviews both the treatment process and the manner in which patient complaints are handled. I had to do the procedure from another clinic for the same due to the Dr's inability. Very very bad service.

Did Elite health check-up for me and my husband. Overall experience was smooth and comfortable. Ms. Fauzia coordinated the entire process from appointment to billing and ensured flawless experience. Special thanks to Ms. Jo, Ultrasound nurse who was very informative and made us feel comfortable and reduce our anxiety, Mr. Rajni our check-up coordinator and Dr. Shoaib our cardiologist. Very strong and compassionate team of doctors and Nurse. Post report feedback (poor): while the whole experience for the tests was good, the reports took a week to come. Normally at other centers blood reports are sent within a day to max two. So if it’s emergency, better to do at other clinic. Second, they never called for the post report consultation although it was a part of the package, so seemed less professional post the tests and payment to follow up for post report consultation with the patient. Finally, never got the credit of CA points as mentioned at the time of payment. Not a big thing but that was something they advertise and we were told by the cashier that we would get our reward points.

I had a very positive experience at this medical clinic. The reception staff were welcoming and organized, and the waiting time was reasonable. The doctor listened carefully to my concerns, explained the diagnosis clearly, and made sure I understood the treatment plan before leaving. Staff and doctors very helpful The clinic itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made the visit less stressful. I also appreciated the follow-up care and clear instructions provided after the appointment.

Service provider need more knowledge and improvement, all the staff and nurses are busy in the reception, this is not a 1st time we have spent all tge day at clinic, this clinic need a changes service and staff and nurses need active with pation what are they're status. The process of patients need fast response.i dont recommend this clinic for any one due to this bad service.

Excellent service, staff - Nurses and Doctors - are so cooperative and caring, very professional too. Reception staff are always smiling, nice and attentive. At this clinic, they make you feel comfortable and safe, and that' what patients need the most. Dr Muhaamad Sufwan is very caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend Harley International Medical Clinic.
