I used to be a regular here, but my last visit was really disappointing. The reception staff seems better now, but my experience with one of the therapists (Sara) was not good at all. She had a rude and dismissive attitude, barely communicated, and the whole session felt uncomfortable. When I declined an extra service, her behaviour changed and it just got worse from there. Even heard her whisper and muttering a cuss word. I did complain at the reception, hope they take an action. Avoid this place!!!

Worst experience they charge for 1 hour and girls finished it 40 minutes and the reception guy Mohmed was very rude and arrogant and cheap behaviour
