I was very surprised and saddened for my nanny. I wanted to make an appointment for her with dr Emmanuelle Lerat because she has a terrible toothache and needs a possible extraction (which I would pay for). She offered me an appointment as soon as we spoke. When I asked about the price (which seems normal to me), she wanted more details, knowing that you can only give a rough estimate for a tooth extraction. She looked at the X-ray and said she would get back to me. Then she told me, "I'm sorry, my schedule is full." Is there no end date? Is it full for life? Is the schedule full for the next 10 years? I asked for an explanation since she initially offered me an appointment and then stopped responding. Are you a doctor, for goodness' sake? I brought my own X-ray; is that why? Perhaps the extraction isn't expensive enough? You're not a financial advisor, you're a doctor! I wanted to make an appointment for my husband, my three children, and myself, and I can tell you I won't be setting foot in that place! Happiness Clinic, you should change your name!
I was a patient of Dr. Anne-Marie's for orthodontic treatment. I wanted to share my super positive experience. She took the time to explain the treatment, and was very transparent about what would and wouldn't be possible. She has a scientific approach, and you can feel that she adapted her treatment plan after carefully studying the morphology of my jaw and teeth. She and her assistant Christleen provided excellent care. I highly recommend her.
Went twice for a dermatology appointment with Dr Fadia Dabouz and she was great: took her time to explain everything to me, followed up afterwards,.. highly recommend her (she does lots of skin treatments). The clinic is clean and well located. They even have valet service which is really useful in the area
My children are patients of the clinic and everything goes very well with the doctors and the reception. Nevertheless, today there was an incident with the valet service. After the appointment, when we went out, we noticed that my car was started and someone was inside, an unknown person. As we were approaching, he quickly left the car and walked away. When I have asked explanations to the valet, he has told me that this person told him the car was his! However, this is the same valet that has parked my car and he had clearly seen that only me and my child were there. No one else. Clearly, that’s not acceptable. I would strongly suggest something very simple & common : why don’t the valets give a ticket to the driver of the car and keep a copy of it? If someone shows up without the correct ticket, you don’t let the person into the car, as simple as that.
The place is super clean and the staff is super kind and helpful! Doctor Stephanie is super nice and kind, and thanks to her I no longer have any issues that I've had before with my ankles.
