I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at GymNation Bur Dubai. I spoke with Arshad regarding an issue, and while I admit I was frustrated during the call, I expected a professional and respectful response from a staff member. Unfortunately, the conversation was handled in an unprofessional manner, which only made the situation worse. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have actively supported this gym by referring five people to join. As a loyal member who has helped bring in new customers, I expected better customer service and a willingness to resolve concerns professionally. Customer service is just as important as the facilities, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures staff are trained to handle member concerns respectfully, even when members are upset.
One elevator is working, the other is not...Everyday I have to wait 10 mnts or more to use elevator...there is no other access from the parking to the gym. Please speak with building managment to fix it!!!! Otherwise u will be loosing members because of that...I will be the first one who will leave...
Been going there for years and I have gotten excellent service. Haven’t had a major issue, and every issue was solved by competent and reliable gymnation employees. Shout out to Philip and Tom for all the help over the years, and Shan for detailed information about cancellation. I love the energy the community brings.
