Shereen was very patient, professional, and clear in explaining my skin needs and treatment plan. She made the whole process smooth, comfortable, and with minimal pain while always checking on me. I also really appreciated the follow-up after the treatment and how available the clinic was for any questions. Very happy with my experience overall.
