We used Gulf Care Diagnostics for some home blood test. The very friendly team lead by Mary, arrived on time, quickly and hygienically performed the blood test. The service and the price are unmatched. Would highly recommend if you need some Diagnostics done!
"Unfortunately, my experience at this place was uncomfortable. I felt very concerned because the employee who drew my sample, Mary Nabil Girgis, did not explain her professional qualifications or whether she had a valid license to draw blood. This information should have been clearly provided to reassure clients. I hope the management will review this matter and ensure that all employees have the required certificates and licenses to maintain the safety of clients."
I wish if i got to see the reviews before i get a service from this lab, unfortunately unprofessional blood sample collectors, no one to handle escalations or disappointed customers, what a shame & highly not recommended
Once they took money they neglect to respond to customer. Ordered home blood collection: after collection they start asking additional documents from doctors. During booking did not mentioned proper details. Can’t receive invoice that it’s paid till now.
I had very bad experience with sister mary nebil. She prick three times for the blood draw of my daughter. When I asked her the licence she didn't give a relevant answer. Also the result when compared to another lab was different. Please don't go this lab
