My wife had a very bad experience at Infinity Healthcare, Al Muteenah Street, starting from the receptionist to the gynecologist. We registered for a pregnancy package worth AED 2,800 for 7 months and have already paid AED 2,000, while the pregnancy is currently at 4 months. After registering, the gynecologist left for the USA, and each time we visited, the male receptionist of Indian nationality showed a very rude attitude. We visited many times without proper assistance. When we asked if another gynecologist was available at a different branch, there was confusion before they referred us to Oxford in Bur Dubai. Even after the gynecologist at Al Muteenah returned, her attitude was similar to that of the receptionist. I must sincerely appreciate the services at bar Dubai for they are doing a good job there
Grand Infinity Medical Center is the best medical center in Deira muttena. comprehensive range of medical services, and staff were very supported and helpful specially @purna bohara was very kind I suggest everyone to visit there n have nice experience
