I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The hospitality was poor, and the staff showed very little care or attention. The waiting time was excessively long. Additionally, there was no free WiFi provided, which is quite surprising as most clinics offer this service today. I kindly request the management to address these issues and improve the overall patient experience.
Worst experience with So called manager Abhilash. I recommend take your prescription from GIM clinic and fet yoyr medicine from Lifeor aster pharmacy. I must say GIP Management need to watch out on their staff audits 🙂
Where is the owner?? all there comments are not enough for you. I came at 11:25 PM. Pharmacist said it’s closed already and she’s doing billing work. What is the working hours of the pharmacy please
Delivery service is very bad. For 2 medicine they are not ready to delivery within 1 km distance
Recommend to check the expiry of the medicines, as they are always giving short expiry product or old stock
