I had a great experience at Grand Infinity Clinic, Muhaisnah branch. Dr. Adwaitha was very attentive and professional. First, I visited for cough and fever, and the treatment I received was effective—I recovered well. Later, I consulted Dr. Adwaitha for back pain, and after the treatment, I felt noticeable relief and am doing much better now. She was very attentive and explained everything clearly. I also consulted Dr. Rajnikanth (Dermatology), who was professional and provided effective treatment. The nursing, and support staff were friendly, helpful, and well-organized, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Overall, very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Ravi Mohan is an exceptionally kind and experienced doctor. He listens to patients with great patience and gives clear, detailed explanations about the problem and treatment. His calm and caring nature immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident. He never rushes through appointments and always takes time to understand every concern. His treatment is effective, and he truly cares about his patients’ well-being rather than just prescribing medicines. Dr. Anusha Jafri Shaikh is an excellent and highly skilled dentist who treated me with great care and professionalism. She did my root canal treatment very smoothly and fixed my new tooth cap perfectly. Throughout the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable and calm. She explained each step clearly, which helped reduce my fear and stress. Her gentle approach and patience truly made a big difference. I felt well cared for and respected during every visit. She treated me very kindly and thoughtfully. I am truly grateful to her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and experienced dentist.

Dear patients if you are going this clinic please think more than 100 times. No one had called me after I put this review, they have called me after 8 days saying that you have a fractured leg and you have to come consult a doctor ASAP. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this clinic. I visited with a twisted left leg and was advised by the doctor to wait for an X-ray report before proceeding with treatment. I completed the X-ray on March 11, 2026, but the report was only made available after 7 days. During this entire period, I was unknowingly living with a fracture. When I returned on March 18, the doctor questioned why I had come late for review—despite the fact that the delay was entirely due to the late X-ray report from the clinic itself. This level of negligence is extremely concerning. Delayed diagnosis of a fracture could have led to more serious complications. Patients trust clinics for timely and accurate care, and such lapses seriously undermine that trust. The call center and the reception :- It is really frustrating, especially when you’re already dealing with something health related it’s really a mistake from the clinic side. You deserve to be spoken to respectfully. I strongly urge the clinic to improve its reporting timelines and patient communication systems to prevent others from going through a similar experience.
