We are happy to share our heartfelt and wonderful experience during our visit for the health check-up of my mother, Mrs. Nisha. We arrived at the clinic by 9:00 AM, and although the overall health check-up process took time due to the large number of patients today, all the staff members were simply excellent. Their coordination, patience, teamwork, and the way they handled everyone with a smile were truly commendable. I would especially like to thank two staff members: Masood from the front desk, who took special care and showed genuine concern during the waiting time by constantly informing and updating us about the next tests to be conducted. Sr. Anjana, who carried out the health check-ups with utmost professionalism, kindness, and a warm smile throughout the entire process. Special thanks as well to the gentleman who conducted the X-ray for his sweet smile and courteous gesture.
