I recently visited Grand European Clinic and had a very positive experience with their team and services. Dr. Mustafa provided an excellent chiropractic adjustment and was very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable throughout the session. I genuinely felt better after the treatment and appreciated the care and attention given during my visit. I also want to thank Angela, Johnna, Floyd, Jen, Joyce, and Hermelyn for their kindness, professionalism, and welcoming attitude. They were helpful, accommodating, and made the overall experience smooth and comfortable from start to finish. Overall, the clinic provides great customer care and a professional environment. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality chiropractic care and friendly service.

The level of service and welcoming feel is incredible. Dr. Chris has such an aura of caring and is genuinely empathetic. He came highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. The entire team at reception were also just so welcoming and charming. They gave a really relaxed intro to other services and I never felt like I was being sold to once. And I’m so happy to try more offerings from the clinic. In fact we’re going back tomorrow. The decor is great too and spotlessly clean. Top notch place and people.

I genuinely want to share my experience with anyone who might benefit. When I arrived at this clinic, I was extremely weak, unable to move, drive, or even read; I could only lie in bed feeling dizzy. I was fortunate to secure an appointment with Dr. Mustafa. After examining me, he identified that my neck discs had shifted and were pressing on my nerve, which he later confirmed through X-rays. I began treatment with decompression therapy, which was one of the hardest times in my life. I felt worse after each session, but Dr. Mustafa was incredibly supportive, staying in touch 24/7. He talked with me, calmed my anxieties, and provided explanations that helped me understand the process. There were moments when I doubted whether it would work, but I trusted his expertise and committed to believing in the treatment. Now, after two weeks of sessions, I’m still feeling weak and know that we need to continue for four more weeks as he advised, but I can already see improvements. I can move my neck more easily, the nerve pain is decreasing, and my dizziness is almost gone. I feel confident that I am in the right hands and that Dr. Mustafa will help me recover. Dr. Mustafa is unbelievably kind, compassionate, professional, and exceptionally patient. Thank you, dear Doctor, for everything! I also want to extend special thanks to Angela—she is amazing, both beautiful and professional! And thank you, Lloyd, for your kindness as well. I am truly happy to have found this clinic!

I had 2 disc issues and was in severe pain and I could barely stand straight and my pain was 9/10. I was honestly very scared to try chiropractic treatment because I expected it to be painful, but with doctor Mustafa I didn’t feel pain during the session at all. He made me feel completely comfortable and safe. After just the first session, I was able to stand straight again and my pain dropped to 3/10. Dr. Mustafa is not only incredibly skilled and professional, but also genuinely caring and passionate about helping his patients. You can truly feel how much he loves what he does. I’m beyond grateful to him and highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain or scared to try chiropractic treatment. Also, Angela and Floyd are honestly some of the best physiotherapists in Dubai so caring, supportive, and professional. Highly recommend this team!
