I was especially impressed by the doctor’s professionalism and caring attitude. She was extremely kind, attentive, and explained everything in a very helpful and reassuring way. Her approach to patients is truly admirable. I would also like to appreciate the customer service team for being very supportive and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thanks to the doctor for her outstanding care and dedication. It really made a difference. Overall, I am very satisfied with the experience. I visited Goodwill Health Care Group with my friend for treatment, and unfortunately the overall experience was not satisfactory. I observed something unprofessional at the reception area. After treatment, staff were asking patients to leave “positive” Google reviews on the spot. It felt like there may be internal pressure to increase online ratings, rather than allowing patients to provide honest feedback freely. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves patient care as well as ensures more ethical and transparent feedback practices.

Over three visits for my root canal treatment, she was incredibly patient, kind, and thorough. She explained every step of the procedure in simple, clear terms, so I always knew exactly what was happening and why. No rushing, no confusion — just genuine care. Dr. Shristi truly reminds me of the ideal "good doctor" from those classic shows: professional, skilled, reassuring, and someone you can fully trust. She made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, which is rare for me at a dental clinic.
