Very experienced doctors available. Always on time no waiting beyond the appointment time. Visited multiple times for my child's eye check up. Highly recommended for eye doctor. Nice and clean waiting area and cordial staff, they guide you well and available readily on call to support and answer your questions. Ample parking available with 1 hour free parking lot just below the building.

Waiting period is too long We reached at 2:40 even my vitals were not done till 3:20 My appointment was at 3:00pm and i entered for consultation nearly to 4:00pm.
Very disappointing experience with the reception at Good Living Medical Center. All communication with the reception was only through WhatsApp, and it was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Initially, I was told they could book an appointment for me, but then I had to keep following up myself. When I asked for an early appointment, I was repeatedly offered late ones. Even after clearly explaining that I needed an early slot, I was given only one options. I then mentioned that I was not in a hurry and that any time next week would be fine. In the end, instead of properly assisting me, the receptionist (Dilsha) simply sent me the doctor’s phone number and told me to contact him directly. This completely defeats the purpose of having a reception desk. This was a horrible first impression. I genuinely do not understand what the reception’s role is if patients are expected to chase appointments and contact doctors themselves. Very unprofessional and poorly managed communication.
