I would not recommend this pharmacy. I purchased a Mounjaro pen that was defective and returned it immediately. It has now been over four months, and I have received no resolution, refund, or replacement. Every time I follow up, I’m told, “We will inform you, Ma’am,” with no real update or accountability. Completely unacceptable service.
It was the worst experience in this branch... I bought several medications and added an item I didn't order and when I paid in cash. I saw an item inside the bag that I didn't order. When I wanted to return it, the employees said that we do not return the goods that were sold, and they fined me for this item that I did not order, and they took the money from me by force... They informed me that this is the company's policy... And the Egyptian employee gave me the opposite medicine for the thing I asked for... I ordered a storant, a phlegm repellent and an aerobial expander... When I got home, I was surprised that the medicine for colds and inflammation... The Indian employee is the one who refused to return the item that I did not request... Knowing that I have been dealing with Live for years, and this thing did not happen, and there are no such laws invented by the employees of this branch. Bad experience and very bad employees.
