As someone who grew up in Russia and is used to a very high standard of dental care, I’ve always been quite selective about visiting dentists in Dubai. But my recent experience at GMCC Clinic (WTC branch) with Dr. Haia Attasi completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly attentive and professional. I came in for teeth scaling and a consultation, and the entire experience was seamless. The consultation was very thorough, with detailed X-rays taken and clearly explained, followed by a well-structured treatment plan that was discussed in depth. I was so confident after the initial visit that I proceeded with one of the recommended treatments the very next day and I’m extremely happy with the results. Dr. Haia is not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and detail-oriented. The clinic itself is modern, efficient, and offers very attractive and competitive pricing, which is a great bonus for the level of service provided. I had a general dental appointment with Dr. Haia Atassi where I had booked for dental cleaning. The location is very convenient (Dubai World Centre, along Sheikh Zayed ). What made the appointment special was Dr. Haia, she is very professional, friendly and experienced. She took her time to do a general check up prior to cleaning and advised on the status of my entire dental. Her attention to detail ensured that the cleaning experience was comfortable and painless. I'm french, I came in quite worried about a very deep caries close to the pulp on a chipped molar, with no pain but a real risk of needing root canal. Dr. Haya took the time to explain everything clearly and honestly, without pushing for a more invasive treatment right away. She is extremely professional, patient, attentive, and very available — she answered all my questions (even via message), let me think things through without any pressure, and tailored the treatment to my situation (financial and personal constraints). We went for indirect pulp capping with Biodentine + temporary GIC restoration to monitor the pulp response, and everything went perfectly. The customer service is outstanding : great listening, availability, transparency, and proper follow-up (3-month check-up scheduled). A dentist who truly cares about her patients and does excellent work. Thank you Dr. Haya Atassi, I will definitely come back!
