Great Experience – Massage is the Highlight One of the best relaxing massages I’ve had in a while. I visited for a cut & file for hands & feet and a massage, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The place is clean, smells great, and has a calm atmosphere. The staff are friendly, smiling, and welcoming, which instantly makes you feel comfortable. I did a cut & file for my feet with Jenny Marie. She was warm, gentle, and did a neat and clean job that left my feet looking fresh. The massage with Maureen was the highlight of my visit. The room had perfect dim lighting, a relaxing scent, and although the space was a bit tight, the temperature and ambiance were just right. Maureen’s technique is exceptional .. she knows how to release tension and truly help you unwind. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and restored. I would definitely return again for the massage.

I recently visited your salon at Festival City, and I wanted to express how impressed I was with the entire experience. The reception by Ms. Ana was wonderful — she was warm, cheerful, and very helpful. My hair was styled and colored by Ms. Fatin, and she did an excellent job. The salon itself is beautiful, relaxing, and designed with a modern touch. I also loved the pleasant fragrance, the soothing lighting, and especially the shampoo chair — it was extremely comfortable and the massage feature was amazing. Thank you for providing such a lovely experience. I truly enjoyed my visit and will definitely come again.

The Photos are 4 days after! I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Glow 365, especially with the staff member named Marwa. She completely lied to me, my mother, and my aunt about the prices and the services we would receive. Despite the confusion and misleading information, I still paid 345 AED for a manicure and pedicure, because I really wanted to have beautiful hands and feet during my vacation. Unfortunately, the result was extremely poor. Last year, I paid half of this price at the Same salon snd received an amazing result. This time, my money was simply wasted. I work hard for my money and wanted to treat myself while on holiday, but instead I felt cheated and taken advantage of. I went there and asked for refreshment without charge, just got an oil for my hands💔 The quality of work was very bad, and the behavior of the staff Marwa was unprofessional and dishonest. This experience completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing self-care moment. 💔 Marwa you lied to me and my family and didn’t even care how we felt! Despite all of I would have seen good results I wouldn’t even make this post!

Loved my experience at Glow 365. The team is super professional and pays attention to every detail—my nails came out exactly how I wanted. Mon and Sarita were fast, friendly, and did a great job. I also tried the massage before with Maureen and she was amazing too! Highly recommend this place 🤍

I had a wonderful experience today at Glow 356 – Mirdif branch. The hair coloring was absolutely stunning—exactly like I imagined, even better than what I had in mind. The shade came out dreamy, rich, and perfectly done. A special thank you to Khawla. She’s truly professional and incredibly talented. Even the blow-dry was something else—not the usual routine style, but creative, cinematic, and full of character. You can tell she really understands hair and aesthetics. I walked out genuinely happy and confident. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for someone who listens and delivers beautifully.
