I had my laser hair removal done at Glow Aesthetic and I’m really satisfied with their service. The staff are professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole procedure. They explained the process clearly and made sure I was okay at every step. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. I’ve already noticed great results after my sessions, and the treatment was much more manageable than I expected. Highly recommended if you’re looking for effective laser hair removal with excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next sessions!
Today I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic for my HydraFacial appointment. The staff were very unorganized and completely wasted my time. I arrived for my scheduled booking, waited there for a long time, and in the end they told me to come back tomorrow because they still had another patient inside and could not accommodate me properly. What frustrated me the most was that they made me wait for nothing instead of informing me earlier about the delay or rescheduling properly. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of the customer’s time. The reception process was also confusing because they kept asking for registration details even though I had already completed them. Overall, the clinic management was very poor and disorganized. I do not recommend this clinic if you value your time and expect professional customer service. Very disappointing experience.
I've done all of my session and all throughout my appointments service is great. Never failed to amuse me. Front desk are nice and very helpful. A big thanks to nurse Angel and Rose for your help. They made my sessions more better. They were really friendly and you can tell that they care. Also, a big applause to Dr. Maryam for helping me improve my skin. Today was my 2nd armpit laser session at Glow Aesthetic, with 4 more sessions to go, and I’m already very happy with the results. Even after the first session, the improvement was very obvious—hair growth is almost gone and there are no dark spots. I haven’t even used deodorant since my treatment last December 27. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the experience has been great. Highly recommended!
