Glamour Mark Ladies Salon – JVC

I visited your salon on 30th April for a gel manicure and pedicure service. I spent around 2–3 hours at your salon and also came by taxi. I specifically chose gel nails expecting them to last longer, but unfortunately, within just 6 days , the gel polish started coming off completely. This is very disappointing because gel is supposed to last much longer than this. I honestly feel that I wasted my money for only 6 days of service. If this was the case, I would have simply chosen a classic nail polish instead of gel. I got a pedicure done with classic nail polish, and that is still perfectly fine and intact. This clearly shows that the issue is with the gel product or quality used for manicure. Additionally, I had 3D nail art done from another salon because it was not available at your place, and that expense also got wasted because the manicure did not even last a week. Overall, I spent money on nails, 3D nail art, and taxi fares, and in the end, it all feels wasted for such a short-lasting result. Your technicians are polite and good at their work, but I am not satisfied at all with the quality of the products being used, especially for gel services. I hope this feedback is taken seriously for improvement.

Very disappointing manicure and pedicure experience. The pedicure was done poorly and carelessly — my cuticles were damaged, and the result looked bad. Hygiene standards were unacceptable: the same person was acting as administrator and nail technician, handling payments and then immediately doing nails without gloves or proper hand sanitizing. This is a serious health concern. The salon offered to redo the service for free, but after being cut the first time, I do not feel safe returning. I am not willing to risk my health again. Before booking, I specifically asked to be scheduled with Russian technicians and was told this was possible. In reality, this was not respected, which feels misleading and unprofessional. Overall, a lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic hygiene. I would not recommend this salon.

I’m extremely happy with the service! This was my first time at this salon and the staff was incredibly kind. I came in for a hair color and cut, and the result came out exactly like my reference photo. They even styled it beautifully. My stylist was Wissar and she was honestly the sweetest, super attentive and so friendly. The rest of the staff was also really welcoming. It’s a cute little salon with such a calm vibe. I went in very last-minute and they still took me in, took great care of me, and got everything done quickly while paying attention to every detail. Definitely coming back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a wonderful experience with Gunay, Mohra, and Ragini! Gunay did an absolutely beautiful job with my hair. The styling was soft, glamorous, and exactly what I had envisioned. My hair looked healthy, shiny, and full of movement, with gorgeous curls that lasted beautifully while still looking natural. I received so many compliments and felt incredibly confident. Gunay truly understood what would suit me and executed it perfectly. Mohra did my eyelash extensions, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The lashes are full, fluffy, and beautifully balanced, enhancing my eyes without looking overdone. They feel lightweight, comfortable, and photograph amazingly. Mohra's attention to detail and precision are exceptional. Ragini gave me a facial that left my skin glowing. My complexion looked brighter, smoother, hydrated, and refreshed immediately afterward. The treatment was relaxing, professional, and exactly what I needed before my wedding celebrations. The entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly talented. They made me feel beautiful, confident, and completely wedding-ready. Newbie to Dubai, discovered this lovely salon tucked away in JVC & I’m so glad. I left my drab hair in the expert hands of their lovely stylist Wafa. I told her my aspirations for a makeover, what I really wanted! She heard me patiently, my hair history & then the magic began! It was a 360 degree transformation! She worked liked an artist & in 2 hrs I was so happy I finally got the look & the colour. I highly recommend this salon, the warm smiling welcome from the lovely tall Merce was the highlight. The salon was clean, smelt nice no chemicals, clean & had a truly relaxing atmosphere. Thank you ladies for the warm welcome & customer satisfaction! I’m truly happy & look forward to my next visit!
