After going there 4-5 times with the same price 150 aed they decided ti change the price to 250 and they claimed that they said wrong price at the beginning so now the will raise the price And then she said we didn’t check your hair properly (after 4-5 times) EXCUSE ME!!!!! Also when I questioned she said depending on how long time the hair dresser spend on the hair What if the hair dresser slow I would not recommend because of the double standard Edit: as the salon mentioned maybe 3 times I don’t deny or remember exactly plus I mentioned both original price without discount since I was told 250 AED within calculation of the discount But how come after going there 3 times and checking my hair you decided to change the price 100 AED additional because I have extensions which I had from 1st time Attaching someone else’s invoice won’t be a valid reason because everyone’s hair is different as you always say Still whatever you did is the Salon’s mistake and people need to know about to know what to expect on their next visit
Excellent services and highly professional team. The salon technicians are very skilled and really look after their clients, always providing the best quality service. From the technicians to the receptionist, everyone is professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. The salon has such a calm and positive energy, which makes the experience even better.
