I have never written a review before, but I feel compelled to share my honest experience at Glam Girlz because the management truly needs to be aware of what is happening in their store. We run various communities in Dubai and have strong PR and media connections within the industry, and I always believe in giving fair and honest feedback. I have also attached images and videos as proof of my experience. From the outside, the store looks absolutely beautiful — bright, colorful, and very inviting. It immediately catches your attention and pulls you in. However, the experience inside was extremely disappointing. The supervisor appeared distracted, busy with reports, and seemed to be in a very bad mood. One staff member was occupied with another customer, which I completely understand — but the other staff member did not even greet me. Not a simple “hello” or “how can I help you?” When I politely said, “Hi, can you tell me more about this place?” she responded in a very rude and dismissive manner. Shockingly, she even spoke abusively in Filipino about me. I was deeply hurt and upset by this behavior. As someone new to Dubai and simply visiting the store, this was very disappointing. I even considered filing a complaint due to her conduct, but I chose to stay calm and walk away. Dear Glam Girlz Team, Please take this feedback seriously and speak to the particular staff member (photo attached). Customer service, basic courtesy, and respect should never be compromised. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue so that no other customer has to go through a similar experience. Thank you.
We visited Glam Girlz for my daughter’s friend’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. The kids were completely engaged for a good two hours with hair styling and makeup, which is no small feat! The setup is extremely cool, fun, and perfectly designed for kids. The staff were lovely, patient, and made each child feel special. All the girls had a fantastic time and left feeling so happy and confident. Highly recommend for birthday parties or a special treat!
