I had an automatic curler stuck in my hair at home. I called Gladys and they told me not to worry and to come in. Fathima the hairstylist calmly reassured me that she will get it unstuck and not to worry. She got my hair out of the curler with 0 damage, and didn’t charge me. She then did my hair for the event (which I was late for) so quickly and so beautifully. Thank you Fathima for saving my hair! Excellent service!

It's always a very welcoming environment here. Just got my haircut done along with the styling. Thanks to Ana 👏🏻 she did a great job. The step with layer cut definitely came out exactly as I expected. All the staff are amazing.
