DubaiMed AI Analysis

Gigi appears to be a small Lagree-focused fitness studio in Mirdif with mostly positive reviews praising attentive instructors, clean/cozy space, and early-morning classes. Evidence is limited (their domain is parked and there are no published credentials or pricing), and recurring complaints concern loud music in class and a frustrating booking/waitlist process.

Positive reviewer reports about instructors and a clean studio support decent patient experience and facilities, but access problems (booking/waitlist), a complaint about loud music, and the absence of any website, credentials, or pricing information substantially lower trust and transparency, pulling the overall score down.

Unfortunately, my experience in the Lagree class was very disappointing. The music was extremely loud, which made it very difficult to focus on the exercises or clearly hear the instructor’s instructions. I politely asked the instructor if she could lower the volume or turn off the music, but my request was completely ignored. Lagree requires concentration, controlled breathing, and focus on engaging the core muscles — it’s not a dance or Zumba class with loud music. Because of this environment, I struggled to follow the instructions and couldn’t fully benefit from the workout. I hope the studio considers creating a more suitable atmosphere for this type of training.

I loved my first Lagree class here! Candela was amazing, she gave each person individual attention and gave us beginners clear guidance. I really enjoy the workouts and have no complaints about the facility itself. However, the booking system is very frustrating. My friend and I have tried booking three different times, even a week in advance, and we always end up on the waitlist. Classes seem to be fully booked for two weeks straight, and we only get confirmed off the waitlist just a few hours before class. This makes it really inconvenient.
