I had two mercury fillings replaced with Dr Susan in 2021 both failed and lead to root canals. In 2023, was the first when the one filling leaked into the tooth causing the tooth die, which was beyond excruciating. Now in 2026 the other filling also leaked into the tooth causing the nerve to die leading to another root canal. All the work done at this clinic failed and caused me EXTREME pain. The work done one the fillings were also of very low quality. It wasn’t even shaped properly like a tooth it was just a piece of flat filling. Terrible! I would WARNING ‼️anyone against using this clinic. The dental work is pathetic.
Another happy patient of Dr. Susann. She was recommended to me by a friend. I did teeth cleaning and polishing. Dr. Susann is nice in person, made me feel welcome and comfortable. She took her time and cleaned my teeth thoroughly. She also gave me advice on proper care, maintenance and others. I highly recommend Dr. Susann to anyone. Also as for the clinic in general- my appointment was on time, had no issues with booking and the whole interaction with the reception staff was smooth and positive.
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Susann. I went for teeth cleaning and she discovered that I grind my teeth at night. She recommended a special night guard that stops me from grinding my teeth and aligns my jaws. It has made such a difference to my life. Not only do I sleep better, but my neck pain is gone as well. It has improved my overall wellbeing. I'm so glad I found German Dental Oasis and especially Dr. Susann.

I have terrible anxiety and a phobia of doctors and dentists and didn't think I'd be able to go through with my treatment. As soon as I saw Dr Susan she calmed me down, put me at ease and she had incredible calming energy. We went through with the treatment and I didn't feel a thing! I could not recommend her enough and will definitely be back. She will be my regular dentist now - couldn't be happier!
