I do not recommend this clinic and I am extremely unhappy with my experience. Pricing was deliberately withheld until staff had arrived at my home, which is an obvious pressure sales tactic and completely unacceptable. There was no transparency from the outset. The treatment recommended was unnecessarily aggressive and outrageously expensive. I was pushed toward IV antibiotics immediately, for AED 5,000 which is insane, and also a very inappropriate overuse and abuse of antibiotics... IV antibiotics are generally reserved for serious cases that typically involve fever, inability to take oral medication, severe infection, or failure of standard oral treatment. When I challenged this, they switched to prescribing three different oral antibiotics at the same time for an entire month for a minor infection with no symptoms and no fever. I then sought a second opinion from a far more qualified specialist, who reviewed my test results and advised a much gentler and appropriate first-line treatment approach. The specialist advised that the treatment recommended from this clinic is excessive and irresponsible. Unnecessary exposure to multiple antibiotics can cause real harm, including gut microbiome disruption, side effects, yeast overgrowth, resistance risk, and avoidable damage to overall health and wellbeing. I returned to the clinic with that advice, and requested a revised prescription... and they refused to reconsider or amend their plan. After reading other Google reviews, it is clear I am not alone, with others reporting similar experiences involving pressure sales tactics and overly aggressive antibiotic use. This clinic appears far more interested in selling expensive treatments than providing sensible patient care. They lacked transparency, demonstrated poor clinical judgment, and were dismissive when challenged.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS do not go to genex lab or Trusted Doctor. I called a lab because I needed a simple test. They told me they could come to my home for the same price and even send a doctor for free. Sounded great. Then Dr. Zahra Mohsin comes and convinces me to take a 5,000 AED treatment, telling me that many of her patients went through the same thing and that this is the only way to treat it. She gave me a very heavy antibiotic on the spot. I told her it was too expensive , but she kept telling me not to worry because the insurance would pay for it — and that all of her patients got back at least 60%. A couple of days later my test results come back negative. I asked for a claim, and the insurance company tells me they don’t cover home treatments at all. Of course I should have checked the terms, but I was clearly misled by the doctor. And now I find out that none of her patients were ever reimbursed by insurance. It’s shocking to realize these kinds of scam-like practices are happening in Dubai.

I had a very smooth experience with Genex Laboratory. The staff was professional and courteous, sample collection was done carefully, and the reports were delivered on time. I especially appreciated the accuracy and clarity of the results. If you’re looking for a reliable diagnostic lab for blood tests or allergy testing, Genex is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional, booked twice, first one they cancelled and second time they came an hour late. They told me 6-8 hours to get results and almost full day and did not receive them.
