I had an excellent experience at Gargash Hospital in Dubai and would like to express my sincere gratitude to both Dr. Bahaa Al-Deen Murshed and Dr. Basel Jallad. Dr. Bahaa Al-Deen Murshed performed my appendectomy, and I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received. From the moment I met him, he was kind, compassionate, and reassuring. He listened carefully to all of my concerns, took my symptoms seriously, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The surgery went very smoothly, and his professionalism and expertise gave me complete confidence. He was also very responsive to calls and messages, checked on my recovery, and always made sure I was doing well. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Basel Jallad for recommending Dr. Murshed and for his continuous support throughout the entire process. He checked up on me regularly, guided my family and me every step of the way, and was always available whenever we needed help or reassurance. His kindness, dedication, and genuine concern made a difficult situation much easier to get through. Both doctors went above and beyond in providing outstanding medical care and support. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to their patients are truly remarkable. I felt cared for every step of the way, and I am deeply grateful for everything they did for me. Amazing experience at Gargash Hospital! I had my first delivery here under the care of Dr. Basel Daham Jallad (Head of Department), and I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. He is honest, highly professional, and truly attentive — always recommending only what is necessary, nothing extra. Thanks to his guidance, my birth experience was smooth and safe. A huge thank you also to Dr. Amira Abdulkader, the anesthesiologist who performed my epidural. She was incredibly skilled, calm, and fast — I felt absolutely no pain and completely safe in her hands. The entire maternity team was supportive and kind throughout. I highly recommend Gargash Hospital to any expecting mother. Excellent care and a truly professional team!

What should have been a simple one-hour breast check-up turned into a week-long ordeal and no check up . It took 20 minutes just to reach someone on the phone to book my Breast Cancer Awareness consultation and ultrasound. Appointment was scheduled for Monday; after being seen by a female doctor for consultaiton, I was told my ultrasound would be done by a male doctor — something I was never informed about in advance when booking. This is standard even in Europe, and in UAE ( considering cultural, religious sensitivity ) for an Emirati-owned hospital, not to mention it beforehand is unacceptable and disrespectful. Since they said there are no female doctors available for an ultrasound, they rescheduled me for Friday at 2 PM. I arrived on time, waited 50 minutes, and the doctor never showed up. I had to leave by 3 PM to pick up my son — which I had informed them about in advance — and still walked away with nothing done. A hospital carrying such a big name should stand for trust, compassion, and professionalism, not disorganization and disregard for women’s comfort and time. Truly shameful experience. I wasted one week with Gargash to now plan my next week and schedule breast check up somewhere else.

I had such a wonderful experience at this hospital with my son. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything so easy and smooth for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and gentle with my baby. The doctors were very competent and reassuring, and the nurse assigned to us was truly an angel. At first, my son would cry every time he saw her because he knew she came for his treatment but she was so sweet, caring, and gentle with him that he eventually grew comfortable with her and accepted all his care without fear. I’m truly grateful for the beautiful people we met and for the exceptional care they provided. A big thank you to the entire team for taking such good care of my little boy. ❤️

I would like to thank Dr. Basel AlJallad for his untiring help, constant support, and the exceptional care he showed throughout my wife’s entire pregnancy journey. His dedication, patience and kindness gave us comfort and confidence at every step until the safe arrival of our baby. Thank you, Doctor for everything you have done, your care made all the difference. Our deepest gratitude also goes to the incredible nurses and the accommodation team. Thank you for the unbelievable level of care day and night. Every smile, every check in, every act of kindness meant more than you can imagine. You made us feel supported, safe, and truly cared for during such an important moment in our lives.
