This is the first time I have had a bad experience with a pharmacy in Dubai. I sent my prescription to Gaelan Pharmacy but they forwarded it to another pharmacy. Initially there was an error in the prescription’s duration which I corrected with my doctor. However, after resolving that issue I was informed that the medication had been rejected. When I contacted my insurance provider they confirmed that the medication had already been approved and issued yet I never received it. Now, the pharmacy is advising me to change the medication and reapply which has caused unnecessary inconvenience and i still don’t know where the approved medicine gone
