Not tried their massage, but the Moroccan bath was such waste of time, I had to stop treatment. I was asked to pay for the bath upfront - apparently it’s their policy - but am really glad I didn’t! I requested a Moroccan therapist at the time of booking and this was confirmed, but not fulfilled unless I wanted to wait another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, strapped for time and struggling with the tremendously strong incense smell, I agreed to a Thai lady. Her French manicure with long and sharp nails did not really lend themselves for massage or using a loofa. The very limited English did not really allow for a good understanding. The room was cold and unprepared and there was little to remind of a nice relaxing ambiance of Moroccan baths. Video attached for reference. Don’t waste your time if you want a nice good bath and scrub.
Had a bad neck cramp, so I booked and paid for Thai massage. I got an oil rub down instead. There was no pressure points, no stretches. The room was cold and therapist barely even covered me with a towel. She also didn’t speak English so even when I asked for more pressure, to turn off AC or to focus on my neck I just got ‚sorry no English’. Very disappointing experience. So I left 20 minutes into my 90 minute massage. To be fair they tried to change a therapist and apologized but they’ve lost my trust and I chose a refund instead.
