Unattended phone lines and no reply on what’s app. We were happy that a home delivery is offered but why even offer it if you don’t have a way to be contacted and are unresponsive. Next time we will have to take the prescription and buy the medication elsewhere.
Always overcrowded and long time waiting. Always 24/7. Delivery service doesn't work neither. With sick child who vomit and i couldnt wait long time in line, I ordered delivery of medicines. 7pm and nobody even contact me since 11am!! Nobody picks up phone..they don't care about sick people but only marketing. 7.30pm and my child still didn't get any medicines due to their ignorance.Doctors forcing patients to buy only from them, unaceptable. Insist with your doctor to get normal prescription not their fancy code only and buy somewhere else don't waste your time neither risk health of your beloved ones as you might not get medicines on same day at all!
Very poor pharmacy services. If the pharmacy says that they will deliver the medicine to your address then you are on your luck. Hardly anyone would be responding to whatsapp and no one picks up the call. Very disappointing.
I hope that anyone from management is reading the reviews.Everytime one need to wait between 30 min to over an hour to get to the counter.Extremly slow,ineficient …unbelievable.Had a hope that it will improve iver time but it is even worse!
