The hair, mani-pedi ladies and morrocan specialist are all lovely and professional. I have been coming to this saloon along with my friends and family since 2019. The receptionist is: 1) Extremely rude and disrespectful in overall attitude. Not welcoming and many friends stopped going because of her. 2) She keeps missing up the bookings and I had to drive back after coming to the appointment on multiple occasions. She denies that I already booked when everyone else can confirm and you can check call logs/written bookings as well. 3) The receptionist called me bad names because I was unhappy and rightfully upset by the repeated bookings mix-ups. She accused me of mistreating staff when in fact, I have been extremely kind towards them, sharing stories, secrets, tips and gifts with each other every visit for years! I think the owner needs to fire the receptionist for poor behavior. 4) I once did not have cash to tip so I bought face creams for the mani-pedi ladies as a small treat for the great work and the receptionist was rude about it saying “why you dont tip in cash!” and thats extremely unprofessional and none of her business since everyone is satisfied and happy. Also, if I were the owner I would ensure all transactions are paid online since there is shady business about the cash policy and 5) receptionist saying the machine does not work (then it magically does once challenged).
Went with a Groupon ticket. Called them and confirmed about what is included - mani pedi gel and normal. And mani pedi gel both. On reaching the saloon - very cold welcome. (But okay, it’s not a fancy place not much expectation) 🫤 Got the waxing done. Bad quality wax used for underarms. (Still okay….) Double dipping!!! 😰 Went for gel mani and normal pedicure - no scrubbing, no soaking of legs , soaked one hand and other hand - didn’t bother!! Didn’t do the cleaning of under foot. - alright… 😣 I repeatedly told the manicurist that I have sensitive skin , 😖I can feel you are cutting too deep for the cuticle. Continued to ignore me … VOILA! Cut - blood 😩 and had to press and hold for some minutes for it to stop. While doing the service the manicurist repeatedly kept telling - pedi is not included it is separate. Pedi you have to pay separate. I explained 2 times to her. She then proceeded to joke that the amount was ridiculous for both mani pedi with her colleague in front of me. 3rd time she reminded me - I said okay just so she could leave me in peace. At the reception- YET AGAIN this drama continues!!! 😤 I showed the receptionist the Groupon page and said - this is what is written and will not pay anything more. Receptionist was fine with it, however it was the manicurist who had an issue with it! Would never go back or recommend this place to anyone!
Horrible experience. Have calls. Yesterday and took and appointment for 7:30 pm. Came on time. The nail tech was busy doing eye lashes from 5:30 for a difficult customer that keeps on changing her mind!!! Waited for half a joys then been told that she still needs another hour with that difficult customer. No respect for ppls time whatsoever. The owner does not answer her phone to resolve the issue.
Don’t use this place if you have a Groupon voucher. The Receptionist was rude and annoying. She kept harping on about how the a pedicure didn’t include a scrub. To my understanding, a pedicure always includes a scrub. They’ll do the bare minimum. My root colour was more a scalp and 3 cm of root colour.
they have not stated that my "white/light hair" will change color with their protein product. person Amal who did my hair laughed after half of the hair was done behind and said "hahaha Banana color hair" I could cry when I saw my hair was Curry yellow !! she claims she can dye my hair back to blonde. When I come back after 2 days, my hair is broken at the top which she destroyed by straightening the hair and drives the opposite way with the straightening iron back and forth. she dyed my hair more curry yellow than it was before! in 2 attempts it turned green !! ended up leaving the place crying. The boss doesn't care since she offers a new colleague to color my hair! person ask what color I want without and talk about how she is going to remove the green / orange tint. then she wants to color on top of the ugly colors I already have!! the boss only thinks about the money !! she wouldn't even respond to my message about what the clinic was called because I wanted to write a review
