After months of having second-thoughts about whether I should get a chiropractic treatment for my lower back pain, I finally had my first session at this clinic. I had it in the morning and I felt sore the whole day, which, according to my google research, is normal after getting the initial adjustment. I think I chose the perfect clinic because: - the location is convenient since it's in the same building where my office is - the clinic’s interior is cozy and inviting - the receptionist was accommodating and friendly - the chiropractor assigned to me, Dr. Madelaine Franklin, was very professional and friendly at the same time. She talks gently and calmly which made me feel at ease. Update: I mixed my chiro sessions with physiotherapy done by Donna. She was very good, gentle, and friendly. She had explained to me the procedures I took and the benefits of each of them. I think my back pains have diminished because of the treatments I got from this clinic.
