Our first time to visit Frame Optics and it did not disappoint. The vibe of the store, coming in, was very warm. We love the design of the office because it's simple yet stylish. It was bright and clean. Another star of this store is its customer service. Huge shout out to Chey who attended to us. Very knowledgeable and provides lots of options. You won't have a hard time finding your next eyeglass or sunglass here. Even when paying for what we selected, Chey provided options. She is a definite value-add to Frame Optics! Overall it was a wonderful experience. We certainly will come back very soon! My wife and I definitely recommend Frame Optics for your next eyeglass or sunglass needs.
I almost didn't want to leave! The service here is superb, they would take care of you so much it feels like home. Thank you, Ate Joey, Ate Chey and Mr. Haitham, we will surely comeback. Came to buy a new glasses, Chey, Joey and Doc Asiya was so accommodating. Doc Asiya assist me when I was picking which frame to get, and even suggested to get the blue coating as I am always looking at computer. Chey & Joey was also good & entertaining at the cashier counter when I paid. Love this store, so happy I got to avail their promo😄
