We moved to Dubai in 2023 and enrolling our two daughters at Fly High Fitness was one of the best decisions we made - younger one has been training in gymnastics, the second one -in trampoline. What really stands out is the coaching team. They are warm, patient, and genuinely encouraging — exactly what you want for young girls building confidence alongside physical skills. The approach is positive and well-structured, and you can see the progress week on week. The facilities are excellent too — clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything feels safe and professionally run. Fly High Fitness has been a wonderful home for our daughters' athletic journey, and we would recommend it without hesitation to any family with kids. They also have a gym, which is very convenient to attend while your kid is training.

The best fitness club I have ever been, huge area for workouts, one of a kind recovery facilities (sauna & steam / hot & cold plunge pools) All their staff are well trained, accommodating and easy to talk to. The reception team is also really friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. I also like that they offer different kinds of classes—it keeps things fun. If you're looking for a gym where you actually enjoy showing up, this is it. 🥰
