After trying so many gyms, fitnglam is the one I went to consistently, didn’t feel any fear of a new journey and it is all because of Elena!! She helped me so much and was nice the whole time. I am more confident in the gym now, I know how to do the exercises and nothing feels intimidating anymore. Thank you, Elena for helping me in all of these sessions!!! 💗💗 best decision was to have you as my PT 💗

I was with this gym for over a year and never once asked them for anything. Right before my membership ended, I asked the receptionist to send me a payment link to renew, but she never did. After a week, I called and no one answered. I called again two days later and was told I could renew, but the 8 days would still be deducted. I explained that this wasn’t my fault since I had already been trying to contact them, but instead they later called back and denied the interaction ever happened, insinuating I was lying. Customer service is honestly terrible. They only care about money, not their customers. For the prices they charge, I expected much better service and understanding. Instead of trying to help, they simply tell you “that’s how it is” and dismiss your concerns completely. So glad I will be leaving this negative environment

I really love this gym. The facility is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The trainers are excellent, and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Overall, it’s a great place to work out, and my experience has been very positive. That said, there is one serious issue that really affects my comfort and may make me reconsider renewing my membership and hence the rating. At the Sports Society branch, a lot of members use the mirrors in the hallway leading to the locker rooms to take selfies and videos. There is no other way for me to get to the locker room without walking through that area, so this creates a real privacy concern for me. I am not comfortable possibly being caught in the background of photos or videos, especially when I have no idea where that content may end up being posted. I can’t run after every member being paranoid. This is a major issue for me, and I really hope management takes it seriously and puts clearer rules in place to protect members’ privacy.

The gym itself is nice, but sometimes some of the ladies talk very loudly, especially in the gym area, café, and even the bathrooms. I think a calmer atmosphere would make the experience more enjoyable. Also, I’d appreciate it if the staff could avoid cleaning the machines while people are actively using them in the morning, as it can be a bit distracting

I had to switch branches because of the attitude of a personal trainer used to train me. Equipment and facilities can be great, but how members are treated matters just as much. Unfortunately, the experience left such a negative impression that I felt more comfortable training elsewhere.
