FitnGlam Women’s SuperClub Al Quoz

I’ve been a member at this gym since August, and honestly the situation i faced today was handled really badly. The parking for members was always free, so today I parked in the same exact place I always park in without thinking twice. When I was leaving, they suddenly refused to open the gate unless I paid 30 AED because apparently the parking became paid starting yesterday. The problem is that nobody informed us. No email, no SMS, no app notification, literally nothing. There weren’t even clear signs or notices at the entrance of the parking area saying it became paid, And even if there were general parking signs somewhere, it’s completely normal for us as members to assume they apply to regular visitors, not gym members, because we’ve always been used to parking there for free. so there was no way for members to notice or be aware of the change. If I had known beforehand, I simply would’ve parked in the nearby RTA parking which is much cheaper. Instead, I was put in a situation where I basically had no choice but to pay. I tried talking to the staff multiple times, but the only answer I got was that it’s “out of their control.” I understand that maybe it’s management or the building’s decision, but proper communication with members is the bare minimum. Very disappointing and not professional at all.

amazing !! however two main issues. charging ten dirhams fort the parking is a major flaw for this branch, grace period of minimum an hour should be introduced and free of charge. secondly, the ac in the changing room needs to be at a cooler setting!!! it is incredibly hot in there. and considering women do everything from use the sauna to blow drying their hair, it becomes v difficult when the changing rooms are this hot. please be considerate of this to make the full experience enjoyable. otherwise the amenities and staff are always a pleasure. ++ cold towels after class is a great treat

I had a very disappointing experience with the FitnGlam Al Quoz branch. When I first joined, Maria kept following up and encouraging me to register, but once the payment was completed, there was no follow-up, no welcome, and no customer care at all. She never even checked if my first experience at the gym was going well. On my first day at the branch, there was no proper welcome experience. I asked the receptionist about my welcome bag, and she initially told me they did not have any. I informed her that Maria had told me I would receive one, and only after calling Maria did they suddenly bring it. This made me feel very uncomfortable, as if members only receive proper treatment after insisting or asking repeatedly. They also mentioned that many items were “out of stock,” which was surprising because my sister recently joined the Dubai Hills branch and received a completely different experience with much better customer care, gifts, and welcoming service. Unfortunately, at the Al Quoz branch, I truly felt that the focus was more on receiving payment rather than providing a good customer experience or making members feel valued. If you want to join you can join the other branches I am very upset and disappointed because I expected the same standard of service across all FitnGlam branches as it shows much better

This gym is literally the BEST, and I call it my second home💖 The staff here are AMAZING. Everyone here is super positive and friendly. I’m always greeted with a smile by the service staff and it honestly makes my day. Special kudos to the general manager, Marija❤️. She’s so fun to be around with and is very welcoming. I highly recommend her boot camp class because she welcomes people of all fitness levels and guides beginners effectively. Moreover, she is in general very positive and makes every member feel welcomed at the gym irrespective of who they are. Also, I want to appreciate my membership consultant, Rose🌹. She’s honestly the best and does a fabulous job in assisting me. Moreover, she always listens to my concerns and is proactive in addressing it. She’s really quick in her word. I highly recommend her for assistance with your membership as she’s the epitome of great customer service. Also to Kamelya who was the first person I spoke to at the gym and encouraged me to keep going❤️. And lastly, I want to appreciate the PTs as well. Even tho I haven’t trained with them, they still greet me and make me feel welcomed. Especially Masumah and Samira💖 They always ask if I’m doing well and it means a lot. Regarding the classes, all I can say is that there were days I entered the gym feeling burnt out and upset. But for some reason, after the classes, I feel so much more energized and stronger! Don’t ask me who my favorite instructor is because it’s soooo hard to choose from them. They all are amazing✨ I’m not sure why there are negative reviews about the late policy. Every gym has a late policy. And also, this ensures we are disciplined which is a good thing! Overall, the facilities are suuuuuper clean and refreshing. But above that, the only reason I ever keep coming back to this place is because of the staff here💛. I’m always welcomed with such positive energy and that’s what keeps me coming. Yes, I agree, the membership is quite expensive but good things do come with a price tag :) I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. I honestly CANNOT see myself in any other gym, apart from FitnGlam💖✨ I see myself become stronger and closer to my fitness goals each day💪✨ If you are looking for the best ladies only gym, this is your place to go! I highly recommend✨

This is my second time subscribing to FitnGlam, and it’s honestly one of my favorite ladies-only gyms. I feel very comfortable every time I’m there, and I really love the classes and the overall environment. I especially want to mention Marydave , she is always helpful, supportive, and welcoming, and she truly makes the experience better. My only request to the management is regarding the class schedule. There are very few classes on Saturdays and Sundays, mostly in the morning, and as a working woman in Dubai, weekends are my main free time to enjoy the gym and classes. Also, during the week, the last classes ending around 6 or 7 pm feel quite early for working females. Thank you, and I hope you consider adjusting the schedule a bit.
