The trainers are excellent, knowledgeable, and very supportive. The gym is spacious, well-equipped, and offers memberships at affordable rates. I have been a regular member for the past 6 months since the gym opened, and I recently renewed for another 6 months. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and fitness. The trainers are well-educated, friendly, and always willing to help. Their guidance and encouragement have made a real difference in my fitness journey. Over time, this gym has truly started to feel like a second home. Lot's of equipments for you to use and very accessible to Metro and bus. There are trainers ready to help anytime, they will also check on you from time to time to make sure you are doing proper exercise at all times. Thank you to Ashwati who always gives 25kl on every first set of exercise 😎🤪. They are also complete in amenities like Sauna, Steam bath and showers. worth the price 🙌🙌.
