Hi Everyone , I would like to take a moment to share my review of this place and my experience. This might be my last month due to personal reasons—not because of the staff. The team here has been truly amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always supportive. Special thanks to Lorenzo and Choiy for always helping me with my membership renewal and all reception staff . All the coaches are professional, polite, and very helpful. As someone working in hospitality, I really appreciate the effort and efforts you provide. Big thanks to Tarek, Hawary, Marina, and Ahmed Abdullkarim. Also, I can’t forget the warm smiles from Beryl, Sunny, and Linda—you are all a fantastic team. Apologies if I missed anyone, but I truly appreciate each one of you. Thank you all—great people and a great experience.
Been a member of Fitness First since 2019, and it’s been great to see how the club continues to evolve and improve over time. A special shoutout to Rasha, Shafiq, and Beryl. their classes are consistently superb and truly make every session worth it. I’d love to see even more Reformer Pilates classes, and adding BARRE would be an amazing touch to the offering. Also, a big appreciation to Cris, the Membership Manager, who has been incredibly helpful and attentive, always ensuring a smooth and well-guided experience.

What really stood out was his patience and knowledge — he took the time to answer all of our questions in detail without ever making us feel rushed.
