Brand New branch of fitness first gym with good equipments.. underground mall parking is free for 3 hrs. Splash in the parking entrance is a good deal.. and being next to co op is also another advantage.. the gym also have a seperate Ladies only area, however there are no windows. Probably tats what is expected..I liked the mixed gym better as it had more open space and warehouse feel to it! The studios are still locked and no steam or sauna spotted..so reducing the star there..
Recently visited the newly opened Fitness First Al Barsha Mall branch and it looks really modern and well designed😍 The white painting and overall white layout give the club a very clean and fresh look. They’ve done a great job maximizing the space, It’s also nice that they have separate ladies’ and men’s areas ✅ Love the work which they’ve put in the changing rooms. There’s a small lounge with coffee as well. Hope this will not be overcrowded 😉
New studio, many different machines. However NO stationary bench press stations which is a bit of a bummer.

Great gym with plenty of equipment and a clean, modern setup. It’s newly opened, with spacious changing rooms, good shower facilities, and a nice hot room for recovery after workouts. Overall, a great place to train.
