Customer service is not the best when communicating through WhatsApp. Not enough information is provided when you want to freeze your membership. They did not mention that a form needs to be filled out and that a fee needs to be paid. When the issue came up, I was made to feel as though it was my fault rather than being properly informed from the beginning. The communication and customer service could definitely be improved
This gym is extremely expensive, but unfortunately the service does not match the price at all. The staff, especially at the reception, are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Customer service feels cold and unprofessional. One of the most disappointing things is that there isn’t even a water dispenser available to refill water bottles inside the gym. Members are forced to leave the gym to go to the reception area to get water, and when re-entering, the app/check-in system can create issues because it treats it like a second entry. For a premium-priced gym, basic services and customer care should be much better than this. Very disappointing experience overall.
The place is perfect I arrived there at 8:30 and left at 10 i honestly felt like the time wasn’t enough to check everything. I was there for a trial and I only trained for a little bit but I loved it. It wasn’t so crowded, probably because it was late. They took me on a tour and then I trained and tried the sauna. I had to hurry up I wanted to do a full sauna session but they were closing up already. I’d say the place is perfect. Very luxurious and they got everything. Only problem is the timing. They close really early at 10. If at least they can make it till 11 or at least on weekends💔 but yeh overall the place is great for those who don’t like staying out late. And it’s huge two. Gyms this big are very rare so you’ll hardly get bored of it and they have a whole lot of classes too
Very disappointing experience. Hygiene needs improvement, and the classes do not match what’s shown on the app, a HIIT class shown on the app with treadmills and proper equipment turns out to be a basic, outdated mat session with random, unstructured movements. The outdoor gym is rarely accessible despite being promoted and the weather is nice and reception is unwelcoming. The booking system is also restrictive, allowing reservations only two hours before, which makes it very hard to secure a spot. Overall, poorly managed and not worth it.
I went to GoldSquare spa for hammam with Malika and massage with Layla, they were so good! Very welcoming team and the owner was a very friendly person Allahuma bariik , enjoyed my time there x
