There are some brilliant doctors and members of staff, Dr Helen, Reem and Dr Nadine. The billing team unfortunately lack empathy and are always combative and on the defence. My doctor herself lacked patient empathy and care.. I was quite surprised and although I did get success, I had such a bad experience that I didn't want to go back to the clinic unless I absolutely had to. I hope the clinic can do more to train doctors up to be patient centric.

But Dr. Tejashree made the impossible possible and gifted me the most precious gift of life — my baby. I have no idea on where to start and where to end ; We had been trying to conceive for a while but were unsuccessful. Then purely by God's grace we came to know about Dr. Tejashree Singh - the best IVF doctor not only in Dubai but in UAE. She has been literally God sent - advising us always with a smile and with extreme patience. She has also been available on WhatsApp which has been another tremendous help. Within 1-year of meeting her for the first time we gave birth to our son ! There is nobody to whom we are more grateful to Dr. Tejashree and her team specially Nurse Gymness. I highly recommend everyone to Dr.Tejashree as she literally can do the maximum humanly possible in order to ensure that you are blessed with a child.
