Outstanding pediatrician DOCTOR NILAY NIRUPAM — highly recommended! HE had been our pediatrician since my child was born best doctor ever & have excellent experience. The doctor is extremely professional, kind, and patient, and made both my child and us feel comfortable and reassured. He explains clearly, with great attention to detail, and we never felt rushed. The care provided was thorough, compassionate, and truly exceptional. You can tell this doctor genuinely cares about children’s health and well-being. We are very grateful and would highly recommend to any parent looking for a superb pediatrician. Honestly He is the just the best

Going here for Dr. Nilay Nirupam pediatrician. Coz obviously this clinic is little more expensive than other clinics. Even the co-payment is usually higher than other places. But doctor Nilay is worthy of it. He's an amazing doctor with so much knowledge. He takes ample time with each patient to understand and explain everything to us patiently. He's a gem of a doctor and a world-class pediatrician. May Allah bless him with great health, all happiness, much peace of mind and all other necessary blessings.

Unfortunately, our experience with this medical center was disappointing. My wife visited the center for a test. Although we already had a valid medical prescription from our private doctor, we were told that a consultation with their in-house doctor was mandatory as part of the center’s policy. We accepted this and proceeded. We were informed that the test would cost AED 200 and the consultation AED 150, with a 20% discount available. However, after completing the consultation and test the next day, we were surprised to be told that the prices had changed and that no discount would be applied. We were charged AED 480, despite the previous agreement. Additionally, after waiting for the test results and trying to follow up, we received no response. We eventually had to visit the center in person, only to find out that the results had been ready for several days, yet no one informed us. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We were planning to rely on this center throughout my wife’s pregnancy due to its convenient location, but due to the lack of transparency, poor communication, and poor organization, we will not be returning or recommending it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jimmy Thomas for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the care and treatment I’ve received. Dr. Jimmy Thomas is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of his patients. I have consistently received excellent medical care under his care. Medicentres Clinic is clean, well-organized, and staffed with friendly and professional team members. However, I am disappointed that the clinic does not accept Oman Insurance. This has made managing healthcare expenses more challenging. I strongly urge Medicentres management to overlook this matter and consider accepting Oman Insurance to better accommodate their patients’ needs.
