Had a great experience at Fakeeh Medicentres, Jumeirah Park Pavilion for my blood test. Ms. Divya from the nursing staff was extremely gentle, skilled, and professional, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The clinic was clean, well organized, and the service was very smooth. Highly recommended!
Nurse Amal, Dr Iman and Omar were genuinely great. From the moment I walked in, Omar was welcoming and made everything easy. Nurse Amal was kind and attentive, and Dr Iman was calm, thorough and took the time to really explain things clearly without rushing. You can tell when people actually care, and the whole team made the visit feel comfortable and smooth. Really appreciate the level of professionalism and warmth. Highly recommend.

They are not trained to process properly the requests through the insurance to take necessary approvals. They raised multiple requests towards the insurance for same person and created huge frustration about the eligibility.they mixed the names of my family members and I had spent around two hours back and forth with them and insurance to short things out. I do not recommend and for sure will never visit again.
Clinic is okay, clean, friendly staff. One drawback is they didn't accept my insurance. So, I would have to deal with my insurance myself. Full rate had to be paid at the clinic. 400aed seems a bit expensive.
